Joining requires a commitment of at least 6 months, as tangible progress and momentum can take time to build. My goal is to be by your side as you navigate many of life's challenges in the coming months. I just did the monkey bars! At 74!

I always want to be a fit grandma that can keep up with my boys, so I set a goal to gain enough strength to cross the monkey bars (but I'd never been able to do that ever in my life). I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to do it but once Christin and I created a solid plan, I just worked the plan a little bit each day.
